GHL Experts is a specialist GoHighLevel agency and a division of XCONS Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We have worked with GoHighLevel since 2020, backed by eight years of wider experience in digital systems and automation.
We build, fix and manage GoHighLevel systems for UK businesses and marketing agencies. That is all we do here, and it is the reason this division exists separately from the parent agency.

8 Years of Systems, 6 on This Platform
Mo spent eight years building digital systems — first inside other agencies and companies, then directly with clients as a freelance specialist. He has worked with GoHighLevel since 2020, before most UK agencies had heard of it.
In December 2024 he registered XCONS Solutions Ltd to build that work into a proper UK agency, covering web development, ecommerce, SEO and digital growth. GHL Experts is the specialist GoHighLevel division of that agency, created for a straightforward reason: GoHighLevel work kept arriving, and it deserved a team focused on it rather than being one service among ten.
We are a small team by design. You deal with the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying questions to someone you never speak to.

Every standard service has a price on this website. Most agencies in this market make you book a call first, which wastes your time and ours.
We Say No
We will tell you when a smaller project is right, when training beats automation, and when GoHighLevel is the wrong platform for your requirements entirely.
We Document Everything
Recorded walkthroughs, written documentation and clear handover. You should be able to run the system without us, or hand it to someone else.
We Do Not Hold Anything Hostage
The account is in your name, the data is yours, and on full payment the work is yours. We remove our access when the job is finished.
We Test Before Launch
Every journey run with real data, including the branches meant to stop a sequence. Untested automation is a liability running unattended.

How big is the team?
Small, deliberately. You deal directly with the people doing the work rather than an account manager relaying questions to someone you never speak to.
Do you only do GoHighLevel?
GHL Experts does. The wider XCONS Solutions team covers web development, ecommerce, SEO and digital growth, which we bring in when a project extends beyond the platform.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
The UK is our primary market, and our pricing, compliance configuration and working hours are built around it. We accept suitable international projects.
Are you a HighLevel affiliate?
Yes. Some pages contain affiliate links and we may receive a commission if you subscribe through them. This is disclosed on every page where such links appear, it does not affect your price, and it does not change our advice.
How do you handle client data?
Access is granted at minimum permission level through proper user accounts, credentials are held in encrypted storage, and access is removed on completion. Full detail is on our data processing page.
What happens if we want to leave?
Nothing difficult. The account is yours, the data stays in it, documentation is already handed over, and we remove our access. Monthly arrangements have thirty days’ notice.
