Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and the services we provide. Please read them before engaging us.

1. About Us

GHL Experts is a trading division of XCONS Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16117496, with registered address Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, England, IG6 3SZ.

References to "we", "us" and "our" mean XCONS Solutions Ltd trading as GHL Experts. References to "you" and "your" mean the client or website user.

2. Our Relationship With HighLevel

We are an independent service provider. We are not HighLevel Inc., we are not an official HighLevel partner or reseller, and we are not endorsed by or affiliated with HighLevel Inc.

GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of their respective owner. We use these names only to describe the platform we work with.

We are a HighLevel affiliate. Certain pages contain affiliate links, and we may receive a commission if you subscribe through them. This is disclosed on every page where such links appear and does not affect the price you pay.

Your HighLevel subscription is a separate contract between you and HighLevel Inc. We are not responsible for platform availability, pricing changes, feature changes or platform outages.

3. Quotations and Scope

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points, exclusive of VAT, and do not constitute an offer.

A binding engagement begins only when we issue a written proposal or statement of work and you accept it in writing.

Each proposal defines the deliverables, timeline, dependencies and price. Anything not expressly listed is out of scope. Additional work is quoted separately.

4. Payment

  • Unless otherwise agreed, project work requires 50% on acceptance, 25% at the agreed midpoint and 25% on completion
  • Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days
  • Late payment may attract statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
  • We may suspend work on overdue accounts
  • Third-party costs — platform subscriptions, advertising spend, phone numbers, messaging credits, paid software — are your responsibility and are not included in our fees

VAT is charged where applicable.

5. Your Responsibilities

To deliver on time we need you to provide:

  • Timely access to accounts, systems and third-party platforms
  • Accurate business, process and contact information
  • Prompt review and feedback at agreed checkpoints
  • A single named decision-maker
  • Confirmation that all content, claims, testimonials, prices, guarantees and credentials you supply are accurate and lawful

Delays caused by outstanding information may move the timeline and may incur additional cost.

You remain responsible for compliance with UK GDPR, PECR and any sector regulation applying to your marketing and customer communications. We can advise on configuration; we do not provide legal advice.

6. Access and Credentials

Where a project requires access to your systems, you grant it for the duration of the engagement.

Please provide access through proper user accounts with appropriate permissions rather than shared master credentials. Do not send passwords, API keys or other secrets by email or through website forms.

We remove our access on completion unless an ongoing support arrangement is in place.

7. Intellectual Property

On full payment, you own the custom configurations, workflows, funnels, snapshots and content we build specifically for you within your account.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, internal tooling and generic components. Where these are incorporated into your deliverables, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them within your business.

Nothing transfers ownership of third-party platforms or software.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

White-label engagements are confidential by default. We will not identify your clients, name you as a subcontractor, or reference the work publicly without your written consent.

We may reference non-white-label work in our portfolio only with your prior written approval.

9. Warranties and What We Do Not Guarantee

We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. We cannot and do not guarantee lead volumes, conversion rates, revenue, email or SMS deliverability rates, search rankings, or advertising performance. These depend on factors outside our control including your market, offer, pricing, budget, sales process and platform behaviour.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. GoHighLevel is operated by a third party.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the total fees paid by you to us for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss.

We are not liable for loss or corruption of data caused by third-party platforms, nor for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of business-critical data.

11. Cancellation and Termination

Project work. You may cancel in writing at any time. Work completed and costs committed up to the cancellation date remain payable. Deposits cover work already scheduled and are non-refundable.

Retainers and monthly services. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice, unless a minimum term is stated in the proposal.

Immediate termination. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach not remedied within 14 days of written notice, or on insolvency.

On termination we will hand over completed work for which payment has been received and remove our system access.

12. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.

You may not copy, reproduce or republish substantial parts of this website without written permission.

We may change website content, pricing or availability at any time without notice.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including platform outages, infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, industrial action or acts of government.

14. General

  • These terms, together with the accepted proposal, form the entire agreement. Where they conflict, the proposal takes precedence.
  • No variation is effective unless agreed in writing.
  • We may subcontract elements of delivery. We remain responsible for the work.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
  • There are no third-party rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
