Two to three weeks for a standard implementation. Essential setups can complete in around a week, and complete transformations run four to six weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly information and approvals come back from your side.
How much does GoHighLevel setup cost in the UK?
Packages run from £1,295 for Essential to £5,500 for a complete transformation, excluding VAT and your HighLevel subscription. Most established UK businesses choose Standard Setup at £1,995.
Do I need to buy GoHighLevel before we start?
Ideally yes, and it should be in your name so you own the account and the data. We advise on which plan fits. Plans run $97 to $497 per month, paid directly to HighLevel.
Which GoHighLevel plan do I need?
Most single businesses need Starter or Unlimited. Pro is only required if you intend to run SaaS Mode and resell sub-accounts. We will tell you if you are about to overbuy.
Can you set up GoHighLevel if we already have an account?
Yes, but we assess what exists first. Restructuring the current account is often faster and cheaper than starting again, and a £395 audit is the usual way to establish which.
Do you import our existing contacts?
Basic contact import is included. Full CRM migration — mapping fields, pipelines, opportunities and historical activity from another platform — is a separate service from £1,995.
Who owns the account and the work?
You do. The account is in your name, and on full payment you own the configurations, workflows and funnels inside it. We remove our access on completion unless you take ongoing support.
What do you need from us?
Account access, your current sales process, examples of how you communicate with leads, brand assets, and a single named decision-maker for approvals. Delays here move the timeline.
Do you provide training?
Yes. A recorded walkthrough and written documentation are included in every package, and Standard and above include a live team session. Deeper role-based training is available from £495.
What happens after handover?
Fourteen days of post-launch support is included. After that you can manage it yourself, book one-off support from £395, or take monthly management from £395 per month.
Will GoHighLevel meet UK GDPR requirements?
It can be configured to support your compliance, but it is a US platform and any implementation transfers data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We configure opt-in capture, consent records, unsubscribe handling and retention rules. You remain the data controller.
Will emails and texts actually get delivered?
Deliverability is configured properly — authenticated domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, sensible warm-up, and marketing separated from transactional sending. We cannot guarantee inbox placement, which also depends on list quality and sending behaviour.
Do you need our passwords?
No. Please grant access through a proper user account with appropriate permissions, never shared master credentials, and never send passwords or API keys by email or web form.
