No. Your HighLevel subscription is a separate contract between you and HighLevel Inc., running from $97 to $497 per month. SMS, email, phone and AI usage are billed on top by consumption.
We are a UK-registered agency with lower overheads than a central London office, and we publish our rates rather than quoting to what we think you can afford. We are not the cheapest option either — the £50 to £100 an hour freelance market exists.
Yes, the initial qualification call is free. Detailed audits, technical discovery and live troubleshooting are paid professional services, which is what the £395 audit covers.
Yes. Every engagement is confirmed in writing with a fixed scope and price before work begins. Complex requirements may need a paid discovery session or audit first to scope accurately.
Project work is staged 50/25/25 as standard. For larger projects we can discuss alternative schedules, agreed in writing before starting.
If the scope changes, we quote the additional work separately before doing it. We do not add charges to an agreed scope without written agreement from you.
Occasionally, on the right project and alongside a base fee. It is not our default model and depends entirely on the commercial fit.
No. Hourly support at £75 per hour exists precisely so a fifteen-minute problem does not need a four-figure engagement.
Because we would rather you spent £395 finding out what is actually wrong than £2,995 rebuilding something that did not need it. Crediting the fee removes any reason to skip diagnosis.
The UK is our primary market, and our pricing, compliance configuration and working hours are built around it. We accept suitable international projects.
