Aesthetic clinics rarely struggle to generate enquiries. Social advertising works well in this sector and the enquiries arrive. What most clinics lose is further down the journey.
A no-show on a treatment slot costs the full value of that slot, and in a diary booked three weeks ahead it cannot be refilled. A patient who had one treatment and was never contacted again represents several thousand pounds of lifetime value walking out of the door. And a consultation that does not convert to a booking has consumed a practitioner's time for nothing.
None of these are marketing problems. They are system problems, and they repeat every single week.
